Our AI uses a sophisticated Large Language Model (LLM) that has been trained on a massive dataset of online text. It analyzes the text of a comment for patterns, context, and sentiment associated with various forms of hate speech, abuse, and misogyny. It then assigns a numerical "hate score" from 0 to 10 based on its analysis, with higher scores indicating a higher likelihood of being hateful.

The "Threshold" is your personal sensitivity setting. It's a number from 0 to 10 that you control. When the AI scores a comment, the app compares that score to your chosen threshold. If the AI score is **higher** than your threshold, the comment is automatically deleted. If the score is equal to or lower than your threshold, it is kept. This gives you complete control over how aggressively you want to moderate your comments.

We take your privacy very seriously. We only store the essential information needed for the app to function. This includes:
  • An access token from Instagram/YouTube that allows us to see and delete comments on your behalf. We do **not** have access to your password or any other part of your account.
  • Your chosen threshold setting.
  • A temporary record of the comments that have been deleted by our service.
We do **not** store the content of comments that are kept, and we will never share your data with third parties.

Yes. On your Dashboard, you can click the "See Deleted Comments" button for any connected platform. This will take you to a page where you can see a list of all the comments that have been automatically removed by the app, along with the AI score they received.

Yes. In order for third-party applications like ours to manage comments, Meta's official policy requires that your Instagram account be a "Business" or "Creator" account. You can easily switch your account type in your Instagram settings. This is a requirement from Meta to ensure proper permissions and security.

Absolutely. The app works perfectly with private accounts. The only requirement is that the private account must also be set as a "Business" or "Creator" account, in line with Meta's policy.

The manage_comments permission is requested during the Instagram connection process. It is the specific permission required by Meta that allows our app to protect your account. It grants our app the ability to do two things only:
  • Read the comments on your posts to analyze them with our AI.
  • Delete comments from your posts if their score is higher than your chosen threshold.
This permission does **not** allow us to create posts, see your DMs, change your profile, or perform any other actions on your account. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
